All orders are subject to the availability of the relevant products before final confirmation and processing. . If any goods cannot be provided to customers due to shortage, the Company reserves the right to refuse to accept the order or to provide goods of the same type and price as substitutes. Product Ownership

The Company retains ownership of the goods until the customer settles the payment. All risks in the goods are transferred to the customer upon delivery. If the customer requests that the goods be placed outside the door, we will not be responsible for any losses resulting therefrom.

Payment methods

1. The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars.

2. All product prices are as shown on the day of ordering.

3. Customers can conduct online transactions and pay the relevant amounts via Paypal/Visa/MasterCard/Alipay/FPS when ordering goods.

4. The Company will accept online orders based on stock availability, which is ultimately determined by the Company at its sole discretion. Customers will receive the final shopping receipt for their records when receiving the goods.

5. The company reserves the right to change the payment methods for online shopping at any time without prior notice.

Delivery service

1. All goods from this website are delivery by registered mail only.

2. The following is only applicable to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and some outlying islands in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region:

3. If customers specify delivery to outlying islands, including the airport, Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lamma Island, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan, an additional fee ranging from HK$100 or HK$180 will be charged.

4. Delivery service is not available in any restricted areas and hotel rooms. Ordered goods will be delivered within 3 days from the order date.

5. The delivery service is not applicable to buildings that cannot be reached by lifts. If delivery is required on more than one floor, it will be calculated per item per floor (delivery charges will be quoted separately). If there is any lift failure at the delivery building location and cannot operate normally, the company will contact the customer to change the delivery date.

6. If you or the recipient fail to receive the ordered goods within the agreed time, the company reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees to the customer.

7. If the customer needs to change the type, quantity and delivery address of the goods, the customer must contact the company by website  instant chat or contact us form within 1 day after ordering the goods.

8. When the No. 8 gale warning or the black rainstorm warning is in effect, the delivery service time may be delayed, and the company will contact the customer to change the delivery date.

Notes on pre-order service:

1. Books and picture books are all pre-ordered and will take 7-10 working days to arrive in Hong Kong.

2. After arriving Hong Kong, it will be sent by post, which will take 3 working days.

3. After placing your ordering and the payment is confirmed, we will not accept any cancellation requests for any reason. No refunds will be made (except for out-of-stock items)

4. If the product is damaged in any way, our store does not provide refunds, but will help the customer to handle replacement request with the book publisher.
